STORE POLICIES

PRODUCTION
Production begins after the close of the spirit shop. Our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the closing date. Shipping delays from our suppliers may result in longer turnaround times. Due to supply chain issues, brands of individual garments may vary between sizing. We reserve the right to substitute to a comparable garment as needed to fulfill orders. Orders will be filled in the order in which they are received. Any orders that can not be fulfilled due to inventory shortages will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

ORDER DEADLINE
The order deadline will be listed on the home page. This is a FIRM deadline. Apparel orders are placed immediately following the close of the store to ensure production can begin as soon as possible. Once the online store closes, NO ADDITIONAL ORDERS CAN BE PLACED.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping options vary based on the nature of the order and will displayed at checkout. Typically 2 options are offered:

SHIP TO HOME - Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email when the order ships.
DELIVER TO PBS - Orders will be delivered to PBS Alumni Office for pick up. An email will be sent when these orders have been delivered for pickup. A handling & delivery fee will be charged. This option is only available for select group orders.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be contacted for an updated shipping address and invoiced for reshipment of the order.

We provide tracking information for all shipments. We are not responsible for damaged or missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier service. It is the responsibility of the customer to file the appropriate claim with USPS or UPS. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing. Manufacturer's sizing charts are provided whenever available to aid in sizing selection. Items are vigorously inspected prior to delivery to ensure that they meet our standard of production. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it with you. The 3 day window begins when the package is marked delivered by the courier.

CANCELLATIONS & ADDITIONS
Prior to the order deadline, customers may contact us to cancel or add to their order, however once the order deadline has passed we can not cancel or amend any orders.
